Journey from Udaipur’s royal lakes to Mount Abu’s misty hills
Experience two contrasting sides of southern Rajasthan in one comfortable journey. Explore Udaipur’s palace-lined waterfronts and historic streets before travelling into the Aravallis for forested roads, sacred marble temples and refreshing mountain views.
Day 1
Udaipur: Arrival & Sightseeing
Arrive at Udaipur Airport or railway station and meet our representative for your transfer to the hotel. After check-in, take some time to settle in before beginning your first outing in the City of Lakes.
Visit Saheliyon Ki Bari and walk through its fountains, lotus pools, marble pavilions and shaded garden paths. Continue to Fateh Sagar Lake, where the open waterfront and surrounding hills create a pleasant setting for an unhurried evening.
Later, explore the streets around Lake Pichola or relax at a lakeside café before returning to the hotel.

Day 2
Udaipur: Local Sightseeing
Begin at City Palace, an expansive royal complex overlooking Lake Pichola. Explore its courtyards, balconies, decorated rooms and museum galleries while enjoying changing views of the lake and old city.
Continue to Jagdish Temple before visiting the Classic and Vintage Car Museum. Later, drive towards Sajjangarh Monsoon Palace, set high above Udaipur and surrounded by the Aravalli landscape.
Spend time taking in panoramic views of the city, lakes and distant hills. In the evening, enjoy a boat ride on Lake Pichola, subject to availability and operating conditions.

Day 3
Udaipur - Mount Abu
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and begin the journey towards Mount Abu.
Watch the landscape change as the road leaves Udaipur’s lakes and climbs into the forested hills of Rajasthan’s only hill station. On arrival, check in at the hotel and rest after the drive.
Later, visit Nakki Lake and enjoy a relaxed walk along the promenade. You may also take a boat ride, subject to availability. Continue to the nearby market before heading to Sunset Point to watch the evening light spread across the surrounding hills and valleys.

Day 4
Mount Abu: Local Sightseeing
Begin the day at Dilwara Jain Temples, renowned for their extraordinary marble carvings, ornamental ceilings and finely detailed pillars. Spend time exploring the temple complex while respecting its entry guidelines and visiting hours.
Continue to Achalgarh and visit the historic fort area and Achaleshwar Mahadev Temple. Later, drive to Guru Shikhar, the highest point of the Aravalli Range, for expansive views over the surrounding hills.
Complete the sightseeing with a stop at Honeymoon Point or another scenic viewpoint, subject to available time and local conditions.

Day 5
Mount Abu - Udaipur
Enjoy breakfast at the hotel and check out before beginning the return journey to Udaipur.
Depending on your departure schedule, proceed directly to Udaipur Airport or railway station. Travellers should preferably choose an evening flight or train to allow sufficient time for the road journey from Mount Abu.
